First allow me to introduce myself, my name is Robert Moore, licensed real estate agent since 1984, licensed Nevada Real Estate Broker since 1994, licensed Series 7 Securities Representative from 1984-1999, licensed Health & Disability Agent form 1982-1999, licensed loan officer since 1999, licensed/permit Property Manager, and licensed/permit Business Broker.

 

I opened my Real Estate Continuing Education School in 1995, certified instructor by the Nevada Real Estate Commission and teaching real estate courses, pre licensing and POST licensing class to present.

 

Certified by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers in 2000, been teaching for Nevada Professional Mortgage Brokers to present.

 

In the past 30 years I have never been sued, never had any kind of disciplinary hearing regarding securities, insurance, real estate or loans. I turned 65 on December 25, 2007 looking forward to teaching and selling real estate. But now over a misunderstanding regarding my website advertising my real estate courses, my reputation has been destroyed, my school has been destroyed and all of my courses are now under audit!

The following link is a summary and the package I have submitted to the Real Estate Commission Hearing Appeal scheduled for January 28, 2008. The nightmare starting with the October 16^th Commission Hearing to approve my Law, Contracts, Broker Management, and POST licensing courses.

 

Said courses had already been approved by the Real Estate Commission and I was pre approved as the instructor for said courses. The courses where denied approval by the Commission for false adverting on my website, with no explanation and no response from the Division until November 5, 2007.

 

I submitted my appeal request and prepared for the November 2007 Commission Hearing. I was first to be heard only to have two new commissioners appointed that requested my hearing be extended to January 2008. What appeared as a minor infraction has now turned into me becoming public enemy number one.
